I'm also in love with the Dani's evolution, the way she came into that place completly devastated and as the days go by, even with the strangeness of the culture, she's very respectfull and participative with the villagers, until reach to the end which feels like she finds herself in it, like she belongs.
That's the kind of movie who you can talk about for hours, and keep thinking about for days.

Midsommar cast. The whole time I was watching this movie I Felt like I was waiting for something to happen and then before I knew it the credits were rolling. There are some great scenes and stunning visuals but this felt like a really trippy dark comedy more than anything else. The movie is roughly 2.5 hours so get comfy and enjoy it for what it's worth but if you're looking for horror this was definitely a miss for me. Midsommar festival: sure it's fun and all...
